Terrell Williams is a United States Marine born in the St Louis Public Housing. He was homeless on the streets of Chicago. He is a former Baltimore City Special Educator, Organizer, and Co-Director of Baltimore’s Jobs Movement TurnAround Tuesday (TAT). TAT has placed over 1,500 formerly incarcerated and under-employed citizens into meaningful living wage positions. He is currently the Program Manager for New Iniatives for the Deutsch Foundation. He has a BA in Government and Public Policy, a MA in Regular and Special Education, Post Certification in Administration and Supervision and is currently a Doctoral Candidate in Public Administration at the University of Baltimore. He’s a proud father of two, Fred and Damiko and a grand lover of his two grandchildren Kai and Kamryn.
